Simplifying Seller-Dealer Interactions.

Across multiple languages Karguru needed an efficient, automated way to manage the initial stages of car acquisition from private sellers. This involved collecting detailed information (including multimedia), bridging communication between sellers and multiple dealers, facilitating negotiations, and managing appointment logistics – all while accommodating users communicating in both English and Portuguese via a conversational platform. The process needed to be seamless, fast, and capable of handling diverse inputs like text, images, and voice notes.

SOLUTION

A Robust, Multilingual AI Workforce Integrated into WhatsApp

Qurrent deployed a specialized AI workforce operating entirely within WhatsApp. The solution handles the end-to-end car selling journey by engaging sellers conversationally in English or Portuguese to gather personal details, car specifications, and price expectations. It processes diverse inputs including text messages, vehicle photos, and voice descriptions.

The AI workforce then autonomously contacts relevant dealers, shares vehicle details, gathers offers, and conducts multi-round negotiations to secure the best price. Finally, it presents final offers clearly to sellers, manages the acceptance process, facilitates booking dealership appointments when required, and ensures prompt, consistent communication with both sellers and dealers throughout the process, all managed by the Qurrent OS.
