• Lead the full lifecycle of bespoke AI implementations, from initial needs assessment and strategic planning to successful launch, ongoing support, and continuous improvement. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to define the strategic role of AI/ML, evaluating emerging technologies, analyzing cost/benefit/risk, and guiding investment decisions.
• Partner with customers to identify business process optimization and transformation opportunities through AI integration, leveraging Qurrent’s Operation System. This involves conducting customer research, gathering insights, and communicating feedback to Product Engineering to drive continuous improvement of the platform and its AI capabilities.
• Scope and design custom AI solutions in collaboration with Qurrent’s engineering team, managing deployment, and developing documentation/diagrams to communicate functional and technical requirements.
• Create comprehensive requirement documents and manage projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of all deliverables.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by serving as a trusted advisor, educating executive customers on the potential and limitations of AI solutions, managing expectations, and exceeding expectations through exceptional service design and delivery.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate performance and reliability, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address issues and optimize performance.
• Facilitate understanding and adoption of AI solutions across the organization through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Assess and optimize existing AI infrastructure and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.

3+ years of experience leading complex technical projects, preferably in the AI or related technology space (e.g., RPA).
